We’re looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to design and deliver intelligent solutions that improve business processes, reduce manual effort and enable scalable, AI-driven capabilities across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll help shape how AI and automation technologies are embedded into enterprise systems, driving efficiency, enhancing user experience and delivering measurable business value.
You’ll play a key role in delivering the organisation’s AI-first strategy, working closely with stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Designing and delivering AI and automation solutions using enterprise platforms, APIs and cloud services to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Building, testing and deploying scalable automation pipelines and workflows aligned with architecture, security and governance standards.

Integrating AI models and services into business applications to enable intelligent decision-making and enhanced user experiences.

Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into repeatable, scalable AI-first technical solutions.

Developing and maintaining end-to-end data and process automation pipelines across cloud and on-premise environments.

Ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, identity and data protection requirements.

Optimising performance, scalability and cost through monitoring, tuning and continuous improvement.

Implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code to enable consistent, controlled deployment.

Monitoring, troubleshooting and enhancing solutions to ensure operational stability and business value.

Contributing to technical standards, architecture patterns and the adoption of new AI and automation capabilities.

Working with architects and platform teams to evaluate and onboard new AI technologies and frameworks.
You’re an experienced engineer with a strong understanding of AI, automation technologies and modern engineering practices. You enjoy solving complex problems and translating business needs into scalable, practical solutions.
You bring a structured and security-first mindset, ensuring solutions are compliant, reliable and aligned with enterprise standards.
You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
