Deintyddfa Na-Nóg Dental & Implant Team is a Private and Specialist-led practice based in the beautiful surroundings of Parc Menai Bangor, Gwynedd and we are looking to recruit a new team member as a Dental Receptionist / Administrator to join our front of house clinical admin team of exceptional people, ideally with healthcare experience or knowledge as you will be working in private dentistry, but this is not essential as the administration skills and capabilities are more important, but there will be a capability need to understand clinical terminologies.
Dr Mike Lloyd Hughes is the Clinical Director and Practice Owner and his passion, drive and vision is to provide the highest quality and standards of dental care excellence for our patients, from around North West Wales, as we are also a referral center and so he is looking for like-minded talented, passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join his team, who have the same work ethic and high standard values and who want to thrive in their workplace where every day is different.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Be very professional with a proactive & positive mindset;
- Be a strong administrator, with excellent attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills and time management;
- You must definitely be able to multi-task - this is a pre-requisite of this role as it is a very busy front of house;
- You must be a proactive forward thinker, using own initiative & new innovative ways of working;
- Be able to work to a high standard - again this is very important;
- Excellent IT skills - intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook - having used databases, spreadsheets, formatting business letters and managing email inbox;
- Be a flexible and enthusiastic team player, willing to assist other admin duties as per the needs of the practice;
- You will be on the front of house reception, so will be representing the practice and will need to be able to deal with people from all walks of life and be the 'face of the practice';
- You will have strong communication skills at all levels - both written and verbal, with the ability to write your own letters/emails to patients, if required;
- You will be an all round team player - we have a great team of people; and
- Have a great sense of humour ... there is always time for some light-hearted banter!

You will be required to do a DBS check due to having contact with dental patients.
