Construction & Civils Operatives / Groundworkers / Concrete Repair Specialists – Immediate & Ongoing Work
Multiple positions available across London, Oxford, Birmingham and Manchester
We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable construction operatives, groundworkers, concrete specialists, supervisors, managers and general tradespeople for a number of live and upcoming commercial, civils, infrastructure, roadworks and bridge repair projects across the UK.
We have immediate positions available, with further ongoing work scheduled across multiple locations.
Opportunities include contract work, day-rate work and price work, depending on the project and trade. Weekly pay options are also available.
We welcome applications from individual operatives, skilled specialists, supervisors, managers and established gangs.

We are particularly keen to hear from experienced concrete repair and structural repair specialists, including operatives with experience in resin systems, structural repairs, bridge works and large commercial or infrastructure projects.
Supervisory and management roles
We are also interested in hearing from experienced:
- Gangers
- Working foremen
- Site supervisors
- Site managers
- Project-based construction management personnel
Applicants for supervisory or management positions should hold the appropriate level of CSCS card for their role, including:
- Gold CSCS card for relevant skilled supervisory roles
- Black CSCS Manager card for relevant management positions
Additional supervisory or management qualifications such as SSSTS, SMSTS and First Aid are highly desirable where applicable.
Gangs welcome
We are also looking for experienced, reliable gangs for ongoing civils and groundworks projects.

Candidate requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a valid CSCS or ECS card appropriate to their role
- Hold the appropriate Gold or Black CSCS card where applying for supervisory or management positions
- Have relevant site experience
- Be reliable and able to attend site consistently
- Be able to work safely within commercial and civils environments
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be able to provide relevant qualifications and competency cards when required
- Have and wear the required site PPE
- Be prepared to comply with all project-specific PPE and site safety requirements
As a minimum, operatives should normally have their own suitable:
- Safety boots
- Hi-vis clothing
- Safety helmet
- Gloves
- Safety glasses / eye protection
Additional task-specific PPE may be required depending on the works and project.
Additional qualifications are advantageous, including:
- CPCS
- NPORS
- SSSTS
- SMSTS
- IPAF
- PASMA
- NRSWA / Street Works
- Confined Spaces
- Abrasive Wheels
- CAT & Genny
- First Aid
- Plant qualifications
- Other relevant construction or civils tickets
Own transport and tools are advantageous depending on the role.

Rates and payment arrangements will depend on trade, experience, qualifications, location, project requirements and whether the works are undertaken on a day-rate, contract or price-work basis.
