Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Property Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and analysing property conditions, preparing detailed reports, and providing expert advice on property valuation, condition, and compliance. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential, properties to assess condition and compliance with relevant standards.
- Level 2 and 3 Homebuyer reports
- Analyse property data, including measurements, valuations, and structural reports, to inform decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed survey reports outlining findings, recommendations, and potential risks associated with properties.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and communicate survey outcomes effectively.
- Assist in the valuation process by providing accurate data analysis and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all surveys are completed in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices affecting property assessment.
- Utilise specialised software tools for data analysis and report generation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong interest in property surveying or related fields.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple surveys efficiently within deadlines.
- Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members effectively.
- A recognised qualification in surveying or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in assessments and reporting.
