At Feet On The Street Co, we're looking for ambitious Field Sales Executives to represent some of the biggest and fastest-growing brands in the food and drink industry. You'll be out in the trade every day, building genuine relationships with independent retailers, wholesalers and convenience stores while helping exciting brands grow their presence across London.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Field Sales Executive, you'll become the face of leading FMCG brands by:
- Visiting convenience stores, independent retailers and wholesalers across London.
- Building long-term relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
- Introducing new products and promotional opportunities.
- Securing new stockists and increasing product distribution.
- Growing sales through regular customer visits.
- Gathering valuable market intelligence and competitor feedback.
- Recording activity using our mobile reporting system.
- Representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm every day.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who:
- Love meeting and talking to people.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Are target-driven and motivated by earning commission.
- Can work independently while managing their own territory.
- Are organised, reliable and professional.
- Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential depending on territory).
- Previous field sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential—we're more interested in personality and attitude.
What You'll Receive
- £28,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission
- Travel expenses paid
- Monday to Friday working hours (9am–5pm)
- No weekend working
