As Breakfast Chef, you will take ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring every guest starts their day with food prepared to the exceptional standards expected of a luxury hotel.
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade, you will help maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency while preparing a wide range of breakfast dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
As Breakfast Chef you will:
- Take responsibility for breakfast preparation and service
- Prepare and present breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard
- Ensure all mise en place is completed efficiently for service
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Support the wider kitchen team where required
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout every service
The ideal candidate will have experience within a fresh food kitchen and be passionate about producing exceptional breakfasts in a fast-paced but organised environment.
You will be reliable, enthusiastic, and take pride in delivering consistently high standards while enjoying the benefits of daytime working within a luxury hotel.
