Job 1 - West African Chef – New Cocktail Bar | Shoreditch, London
We're looking for an experienced West African Chef to join the opening team of a new cocktail bar in Shoreditch.
This is not a large restaurant kitchen. The food offering is small, thoughtful and designed to complement the drinks. We're looking for someone who understands West African flavours, ingredients and traditions, while also having an eye for presentation and consistency.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a small, focused menu inspired by West African cuisine.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and consistency.
- Managing prep and kitchen organisation.
- Working closely with the bar team to create food and drink pairings.
- Helping shape and develop the menu over time.
We're looking for someone who
- Has professional experience cooking West African food.
- Is organised, reliable and calm during service.
- Takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Has the right to work in the UK.
- Speaks English confidently.

Job 2 – Bartender – New Cocktail Bar | Shoreditch, London
We're looking for bartenders to join the opening team of a new cocktail bar in Shoreditch.
We're creating a bar that focuses on great hospitality, attention to detail and memorable guest experiences. Whether you've worked in cocktail bars, hotels or restaurants, we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy looking after guests and want to be part of something from the beginning.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving cocktails to a high standard.
- Delivering warm, genuine hospitality.
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar throughout service.
- Learning the menu and the stories behind the drinks.
- Working closely with the rest of the team to create a great atmosphere.
We're looking for someone who
- Preferably (but not necesseraly) previous bartending experience.
- Is passionate about cocktails and hospitality.
- Enjoys working in a busy team environment.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Has the right to work in the UK.
Cocktail experience is a plus, but attitude, willingness to learn and personality are just as important.
