Role: Service Advisor
Location: QRS Auto Service, Tattenhall (near Chester)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 & four Saturday Mornings per year 9.00 to 12 Noon
Type: Full-time | Permanent

As our new Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for everything from bookings and updates to friendly chats about what’s best for the customer’s vehicle. Your Day-to-Day
- Welcoming customers with a genuine smile
- Explaining servicing and repairs with no jargon
- Keeping everyone in the loop on progress, timings, and costs
- Working with our talented technicians to make sure every job runs like clockwork
- Spotting opportunities to recommend services that make sense for the customer
- Keeping our reception area looking sharp and professional
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
- Have solid customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in a garage or dealership)
- Can chat easily with anyone and turn technical talk into clear advice
- Persevere with problem solving to ensure a positive outcome
- Are a team player with a positive, energetic attitude
- Hold a full UK driving licence (cars are involved, after all!)
