The Role
As a Production Bike Builder, you'll be part of the team that manufactures every Estarli bicycle. Working on a modern production line, you'll help transform high-quality components into beautifully engineered electric bikes that customers rely on every day.
You'll become an expert in your build area while working closely with colleagues across production to ensure every bike leaving our factory meets the highest standards of quality, safety and performance.
What You'll Do
Manufacture premium electric bicycles to defined quality standards.
Build with precision, consistency and attention to detail.
Take ownership of your production area and the quality of every bike that passes through it.
Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and workflow.
Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets without compromising quality.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment.
Support continuous improvement across the factory.

Pay: £24,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
