We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Holborn to help create an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Barista will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks, taking orders, food prep, maintaining cleanliness in the cafe, and ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable experience.
Barista Duties:
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based and manual brew coffee drinks to company standards
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café/bar area
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers)
- Restock and rotate inventory and supplies
- Process sales using POS system accurately
- Educate customers about coffee offerings and products
