We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide first-class customer service
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of service
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper billing and payment procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
- Support barista duties if required, preparing coffee and speciality drinks with attention to quality
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, including catering options when applicable
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required
- Applicants must be 17+
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
