Teaching Assistant Level 2a 1:1 SEND Support
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant (Level 2a) to join our inspiring school community.
This role is to provide 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil with SEND, therefore experience of working with children with complex needs would be highly desirable. The successful candidate will be adaptable, patient, empathetic and organised, with a positive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with our children.

The role:
- 2 days per week (term time only) Thursday and Friday
- 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil with SEND
- Salary is based on full-time equivalent and will be paid pro rata

Essential Qualifications
Essential: GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
Desirable Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, First Aid qualification and evidence of continued professional development
Essential Experience
Experience in a school/Early Years setting is essential.
Desirable Experience
Experience of working with children with complex needs is desirable.
