Join our vibrant café team and become the friendly face that makes our customers' day! As a Barista/Café Assistant, you'll create memorable experiences through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages in the heart of Enniskillen.
About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for great coffee and customer service. Barista experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve delicious hot and cold beverages, tailored to each customer's preferences
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting every customer with a genuine smile
- Engage with customers, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service that keeps them coming back
- Operate till systems accurately and efficiently
- Support the team with food service and general floor duties
- Keep our café well-stocked and beautifully presented at all times
- Uphold our commitment to excellence in every customer interaction
- Build lasting relationships with our regular customers, making each visit special
- Maintain spotless workstations, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and well-organised
- Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to ensure smooth operations
