Responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations, ensuring all activities align with project plans, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to track progress and identify potential delays
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Oversee the implementation of civil design plans utilizing Civil 3D software for accurate site layout and grading
- Manage on-site resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity
- Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections, and address any hazards promptly
- Monitor project timelines closely through effective time management practices to ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the construction or civil engineering industry
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 project scheduling software and Civil 3D design tools
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities
- Ability to lead diverse teams while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
