Founding Cohort Recruitment – September 2026
Supreme Staffing Services (UK) Ltd is currently recruiting a education support professionals ahead of our official school deployment launch in September 2026.
We are building a carefully curated bench of Teaching Assistants, SEN Support Staff, Behaviour Support Workers and Cover Supervisors to support schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands in the upcoming academic year.
Unlike traditional agencies that operate a simple registration-to-placement model, Supreme takes a preparation-first approach.
All candidates deployed through Supreme Staffing Services complete our internal Standards & Onboarding Programme before placement, ensuring safeguarding awareness, behaviour readiness and professional classroom standards from day one.
Roles We Are Recruiting For
We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in:
- Teaching Assistant roles
- SEN Teaching Assistant positions
- SEMH or behaviour support roles
- 1:1 pupil support
- Cover supervision
- Youth work, mentoring or sports coaching within schools
Candidates with experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH or behavioural needs are especially encouraged to apply.
The Supreme Standards & Onboarding Programme (SOP)
Successful applicants will be invited to attend our Supreme Standards & Onboarding Programme (SOP).
This programme prepares and assesses candidates across:
- Safeguarding awareness and reporting procedures
- Behaviour and SEMH classroom strategies
- Professional conduct within schools
- Classroom scenario simulations
Candidates who successfully complete the programme will be designated:
Supreme Approved – Eligible for Placement
These candidates will join our deployment bench supporting schools across Birmingham.

- Professional classroom conduct
- Calm and consistent behaviour management
Previous experience working in schools, youth settings, mentoring, coaching or education support roles is highly desirable.

*Entry-level Teaching Assistant placements may start from approximately £90 per day, with higher rates available for SEN support and cover supervisor roles.
