Excell Supply is currently recruiting for a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Whitchurch from September.

The Role:
- Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant
- September start
- Based in Whitchurch
- Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs on a one-to-one and small group basis
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and social development
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external professionals
- Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, caring, and resilient approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education or care are desirable
