The Role: Night Care Assistant
We are recruiting Night Care Assistants / Care Workers / Support Workers to join our dedicated team.
This role is ideal for:
- Experienced care assistants
- Healthcare assistants (HCA)
- Support workers
- Compassionate individuals looking to start a career in care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Support residents with personal care and mobility
- Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records
- Work effectively as part of a night team
Hours & Pay
- £12.21 per hour
- £24,500 per annum (full-time equivalent)
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- 3 on / 3 off rota (full-time)
- Night shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday
