Recruitment Process
Stage 1: CV Review
All applications will first be reviewed based on the applicant’s CV, experience, availability and suitability for the role.
Stage 2: Assessment Centre at our HQ
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to attend an assessment centre at our Head Office. This will give us the opportunity to assess tutoring ability, communication skills, professionalism and overall suitability for working with students.
If you possess:
1.Strong understanding of Maths, English or Science, at any Keystage.
2. Great academics and/or a teaching qualification
3. A fun, dynamic and proactive personality
4. A killer smile ;)
