Rooms Made Simple Ltd are a family run Fitted Furniture Manufacture based in Warrington, who design, manufacture and install fully fitted furniture for our customers covering all of the North West of England. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Kitchen and Bedroom Fitter to join our team and is registered as CIS. The role is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing kitchens and bedrooms to the highest standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in carpentry, joinery, or construction to utilise their skills in a dynamic environment. The position involves working on various projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through precise and efficient fitting services and excellent customer service
Duties
- Assess spaces to ensure accurate fitting of kitchen units and bedroom furniture
- Fabricate, assemble, and install kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and other bedroom furniture using hand tools and power tools
- Conduct carpentry, joinery, and masonry work as required for customised fittings
- Use basic plumbing and electrical experience to complete comprehensive installations
- Handle heavy lifting safely during the transportation and positioning of materials
- Perform repairs or modifications to existing fittings as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout each project
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met within deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, joinery, or related trades
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, roofing techniques, plumbing, masonry, and electrical systems is highly desirable
- Ability to undertake heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Relevant qualifications or training in construction or other trades are advantageous
- Own transportation required for travel to site
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day
