Laundry will need to be taken home, wash and dry it, and return it at the next clean. The cost of completing the laundry is included within the £80 rate.

- There are usually between three and six cleans per week, depending on guest bookings.

- Check the property for maintenance issues, breakages or damage and report them promptly.
- Visually check fire alarms and fire-safety equipment.
- Ensure hallways, entrances and exits are clear from obstruction.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and any applicable hygiene, Covid-19 or infection-control procedures.
- Complete the cleaning checklist accurately after every booking including photos.
- The Little Things Matter !! e.g. appliances, skirting boards and behind the sofa...
- KeyHolder Responsibility

The arrival video must clearly show how the guests have left the property, including any damage, excessive mess or missing items.
The departure video must show the completed clean and confirm that the property has been prepared to the required standard before you leave.
Additional Requirements
- Keyholding experience is encouraged.
- Trusted team members may be given access to the property for scheduled cleans and emergencies.
- Emergency call-outs may occasionally be required, fee arranged at the time. Only apply if you can do this.
- You must have reliable transport or access to suitable local transport routes.
- Free parking is available on site.
- You must be able to work independently or with a cleaning partner while maintaining consistent standards.
