Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to developing players of all skill levels and varing ages. This role is essential in fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship within the squad while promoting a love for the game.
Duties
- Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual players and the overall team.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, strategy, and fitness.
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Organise and lead team meetings to discuss tactics, game strategies, and player development.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation, respect, and collaboration.
- Monitor player attendance and ensure adherence to training schedules.
- Prepare the team for matches by developing game plans and conducting pre-match briefings.
- Maintain communication with parents or guardians regarding player progress and any concerns.

- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football.
