Our center will be a hub of fun and excitement, providing families with a safe, welcoming space to enjoy quality time together. Featuring a vibrant café serving delicious food and beverages, alongside an engaging soft play area designed for children to explore and create magical memories, Wacky Playland is where the fun never stops. What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen Cook to join our team. If you have a passion for cooking, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love being part of a lively, family-oriented atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Role Will Include:
- Running the kitchen on a day to day basis.
- Preparing a variety of menu items, including hot and cold meals, sides, and creating buffets for environments and parties.
- Working through a fast pace environment, especially on weekends and summer holidays.
- Baking a variety of cakes and treats.
- Ensuring high standards of food presentation and hygiene.
- Assisting with stock management and maintaining a clean kitchen area.
- Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming café experience.
- Supporting the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in a kitchen environment is essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A keen eye for detail, particularly in food hygiene and safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A passion for delivering great food and excellent customer service.
Desirable Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be a bonus:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety
- Level 2 Health & Safety
- Level 2 Allergy Awareness
