Location: Our stunning seafront branch, Seaham
Hours: Full time – Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am–12:00pm
Salary: £26,000 basic salary with OTE of £30,000
Holbrook & Co Seaham is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our successful lettings team, based in our beautiful seafront branch.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of approximately 130 residential properties, ensuring our landlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of around 130 fully managed residential properties
- Handling day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Managing maintenance issues from initial report through to completion, liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants
- Arranging property inspections to ensure homes are maintained to a high standard
- Advertising available properties and supporting the letting process
- Conducting applicant referencing and progressing successful tenancies
- Managing rent arrears and working proactively with tenants to resolve payment issues
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, company procedures, and industry standards
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within residential lettings or property management
- Has a good understanding of the tenancy lifecycle and current lettings legislation
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Has the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is proactive, professional, and takes ownership of their responsibilities
