Who we’re looking for:
Untamed are looking for experienced Sales Representatives to join our face-to-face Direct Sales team.
Our Direct Sales team is now two years old, and this year we’ve refined our approach to focus on some of the best and most diverse events in and around Manchester — from Cat Shows and Food Festivals to Christmas Markets and everything in between.
We’re looking for confident, driven and engaging salespeople who enjoy speaking to customers, can quickly build rapport, and are motivated by hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.

About Untamed:
Untamed is one of the fastest-growing pet food brands in the UK, redefining how cat owners nourish and care for their pets. Since 2019, we’ve been on a mission to delight cats with food that respects their untamed heritage. We use fresh, whole meat with a careful balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates to create meals that cats love and pet parents can feel good about.
Our Direct Sales team plays a key role in introducing Untamed to new customers. You’ll be the face of the brand at events, engaging directly with cat owners, understanding their needs and confidently converting conversations into customers.
About the role:
- You will be promoting Untamed face to face at some of the highest quality event, initially singing customers up to a £7-trail-box
- For the time being, a driving licence and a car is a must (due to locations of upcoming events) with mileage and hourly rates reimbursed
- Overall pay structure: £15 per hour, £10 per sign-up, tiered retention bonuses
- Ensuring customers ongoing subscription boxes contain meals that are best suited to customers and their cats
- Industry leading compensation; base pay, commission and retention bonuses
- Cat lover - someone that understands the value that these four-legged friends bring to pet parents
- Sales experience - naturally, sales experience would be ideal but not necessary
- Collaborative & Supportive – You enjoy working as part of a team, contribute positively to group energy, and are happy to support with setup, selling, and pack down

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour
