- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Engage with customers in a warm and welcoming manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred to ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Ability to serve customers efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
