Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and organised Office Junior to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in business administration, customer service, or office management. Full training will be provided, making this role ideal for school leavers, college graduates, or candidates looking to gain valuable office experience.
The Role
As an Office Junior, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, helping various departments with administration, customer service, and office tasks.
No two days are the same, and you'll gain exposure to sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and project administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries
- Responding to customer emails
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Updating customer records and CRM systems
- Assisting with quotations and contracts
- Filing and maintaining digital records
- Supporting the sales and marketing teams
- Assisting with social media and online enquiries
- Processing paperwork and documentation
- General office administration duties
- Helping ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis
What We're Looking For
Essential
