Trejo’s Tacos has been shaking up Notting Hill! Serving bold tacos, killer cocktails, and West Coast vibes. Now, with expansion on the horizon, we’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager who’s as comfortable running a busy floor as they are shaking a perfect margarita.

What we want from you:
- 3+ years customer service experience you live for hospitality.
- 2+ years in management leading from the front is second nature.
- Cocktail skills you can shake, stir, and wow the crowd.
- A love for energy, teamwork, and creating guest experiences that shine.
- Organised, reliable, and hungry to grow into senior roles as we expand.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
