Join our Best Start in Life programme as an Outreach Worker – a role where you’ll bring support directly into communities, helping families build brighter futures from the very beginning. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of communities, delivering support where it’s needed most.
You will:
- Deliver engaging group sessions and drop-in support for children, parents, and families
- Work in Family Hubs, community venues, and outreach settings, including mobile information vehicles
- Support the design and delivery of creative, needs-led programmes that promote early learning, health, and wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with families, helping them feel confident, supported, and empowered
Work alongside partners and colleagues to deliver a joined-up approach to early help
