About Us:
Due to company growth Celebration of Life are seeking to recruit an Administrative Support to work alongside our office team based in Tamworth.
This full-time post offers a variety of tasks within the role, as well as offering a friendly, relaxed working environment and future progression opportunities within the company. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be well organised and suitably able to manage their time well with the tasks at hand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input funeral plan orders from the website and postal applications onto the customer management system
- Dealing with customers to take payments, correct and clarify information as part of the order process
- Manage customer information updates and ensure accuracy
- Handle all aspects of printing tasks within the office
- Keep records of incoming and outgoing packages, including their weight, return address and description
- Manage inventory of mailroom supplies (e.g. stationery, envelopes, address labels)
- Perform data checks to ensure accuracy of customer information
- Manage all aspects of client documentation packs, including enquiries, letters, plan packs, legal documents
- Manage printing, packing and posting of routine and project mailouts
- Manage inbound and outbound mail for consumer belongings posted via special delivery
- Ensuring the mail room is kept clean and tidy
- Other administration duties as required
- Working hours will typically be between the hours of 8am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
