Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various commercial and residential properties. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites, and excellent customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction.
Duties
- Clean windows on both ground level and at height using appropriate tools and safety equipment
- utilise specialised cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during work at heights or on ladders
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including storing equipment safely after use
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during work
- Manage scheduling appointments efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar outdoor maintenance roles is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between different sites
- Customer service experience is beneficial, as the role involves regular interaction with clients
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures diligently
