Your Shift Pattern
2:30pm - 10:00pm
4:00pm - 10:00pm
(Start time open to discussion for the right candidate)
You'll work a fixed late shift pattern designed to provide consistency for both our customers and our team.
Alternate weekends are required as part of the rota.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but you'll support people with:
- Personal care
- Evening routines
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Welfare visits
- Promoting independence at home
Most importantly, you'll make a genuine difference to someone's day.
