“Be the person who changes a young person’s story.”
WHO WE ARE
Bright Future Residences is launching a brand‑new service in Cardiff CF23, supporting young people aged 16+ as they move toward independence.
We don’t call our staff “Support Workers”.
We call them Mentors — because this role is about guiding, supporting, empowering, and believing in young people during some of the most important years of their lives.
If you want a role with meaning, purpose, and real impact… this is it.
THE ROLE
As a Mentor, you will:

Work as part of a committed team that truly values your input
Help young people feel safe, understood, and capable
