Due to continued expansion, we're looking for ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join our Leeds team as Customer Advisors.

About the Role
As a Customer Advisor, you'll play a key role in representing our clients and enhancing the customer experience through engaging, in-person interactions.
You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide information about products and services, answer questions, and recommend suitable solutions. You'll be responsible for creating positive customer experiences while helping our clients increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
No two days are the same. You'll work across a variety of campaigns and environments, ensuring each customer interaction is informative, professional, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent our clients professionally and maintain exceptional brand standards
- Engage with customers face-to-face to provide information on products, services, and promotions
- Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored recommendations
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services where appropriate
- Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience at every interaction
- Accurately communicate campaign messaging and promotional information
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectives
- Stay informed about client products, services, and industry developments

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or other customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. Optional weekend overtime is available for those seeking additional earning opportunities.
Please note: This is a customer-facing role that involves representing our clients through face-to-face interactions. Applicants must be able to commute to Leeds City Centre on a daily basis.
