At Waterside Kitchen & Bar, we offer a vibrant lakeside dining experience, serving fresh Pan-Asian dishes, handcrafted sushi, and innovative small plates in a stunning waterside setting. We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will help deliver our menu consistently while contributing to the smooth running of the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Run and manage your designated section during preparation and service
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications and daily specials
- Maintain exceptional standards of consistency, portion control, and presentation
- Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
- Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and waste management
- Contribute ideas for new dishes, specials, and menu development
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation throughout service
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to take the next step
- Experience working with fresh ingredients in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver consistently during busy services
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
