About the Role
We are recruiting multiple experienced Female Complex Care Support Workers to join a consistent, dedicated care team supporting a female client living in her own home following an acquired brain injury.
This is a team-based care package, where continuity, structure, and collaboration are key to delivering safe, high-quality care. You will work closely with colleagues, Clinical Leads, and management to provide a stable and supportive environment for the individual.

Key Responsibilities
- Support with personal care (washing, dressing)
- Assist with medication and daily routines
- Support safe mobility, including walking aids and leg splints
- Monitor skin integrity and general wellbeing
- Assist with meal preparation and nutrition
- Support with household tasks, shopping, and appointments
- Provide emotional reassurance and de-escalation
- Work collaboratively within a structured team approach
- Promote independence while maintaining safety
About the Client
- Female with an acquired brain injury following a stroke
- Requires:
- Consistent carers and structured routine
- Clear communication and time to process
- Support managing anxiety and changes in routine
- Values independence but requires reliable team support

- Experience in complex care, brain injury, or neurological conditions
- Ability to work as part of a small, consistent team
- Calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent approach
- Confidence supporting individuals with anxiety or frustration
- Strong communication and ability to follow care plans
- Commitment to delivering person-centred care
