Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment across job sites
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Operate basic machinery or equipment as required and under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of the work site to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, industrial work, or related manual labor roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, carry heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols relevant to manual labor environments
- Basic understanding of project management principles is advantageous
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities and team coordination skills
- Familiarity with tools such as hand tools or basic machinery like forklifts (training can be provided)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork
