Osea Leisure Park is an award winning 5 star holiday park situated on the banks of the Blackwater Estuary in Heybridge, Essex.
We are looking for an individual or couple to act as our park warden. Residential Static Caravan with paid services is included within this role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of customer services and satisfaction. As an important customer service role, you must display excellent communication skills and have a real passion for guest experience.
- Deal with Customer Issues & Emergencies.
- Main point of contact for Meadows park.
- Ensure the guest experience is delivered to the highest standards, whilst endeavouring to make each visit feel more memorable.
- Dealing with guest feedback professionally.
- Providing guests with information about the facilities and the attractions within the area.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks to upkeep the standards of the offer such as maintaining fixtures, fittings and equipment.
- Support maintenance team and cleaning team when required
- You will be responsible for the Evening Toilet clean on the Meadows
- Check guests in and out
- Night Patrol of Park drive around, report any concerns to Security and General Manager
- Walk around meadows make sure noise is quiet from 10pm
- Wear Uniform at all times while in working hours
- Ensure that all the current Health, Safety and Environmental regulations are adhered to.
- Driving a positive Health & Safety culture for staff and guests.
- Responsibility for any First Aid incidents on the meadows
- Work as part of a team and take a hands-on approach to running the business.
- Work alongside colleagues to provide a high standard of guest experience.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous supervisory experience within the leisure and Tourism industry desirable (not essential)
- First Aid Qualification (course provided if not)
- Experience working well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and a real passion for customer service.
- Leadership skills.

Pay: £14.40 per hour
