Registered Manager
Location: Norfolk (multi-site)
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee and develop multiple specialist services across Norfolk, supporting children, young people, and adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex health needs, and behaviours of concern.

Our specialist services support individuals with a diverse range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, communication and sensory needs, mobility needs, mental health conditions, epilepsy, tracheostomy care, gastrostomy (PEG) feeding, and other complex clinical requirements. Through a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, we empower individuals to maximise their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting teams across multiple services, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery. You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain excellent standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire teams across multiple Norfolk-based services.

Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Oversee complex clinical support, including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, epilepsy management, medication administration, and delegated healthcare tasks.

Maintain strong clinical governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes.

Ensure services meet CQC standards and safeguarding requirements.

Oversee risk management, care planning, behaviour support, and incident management.

Manage recruitment, staffing, workforce development, and rota planning.

Monitor service performance, budgets, and operational effectiveness.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, excellence, and positive outcomes.
Experience & Skills of a Registered Manager:

Previous management experience within adult social care, children's services, supported living, residential care, or complex care services.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards).

Relevant clinical qualifications or specialist training are desirable but not essential.

Experience supporting individuals with complex clinical and healthcare needs.

Knowledge of tracheostomy care, gastrostomy care, epilepsy support, or other specialist clinical interventions.

Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and care sector legislation.

Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
