Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team at our Head Office based in Warrington.
As our Recruitment Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment cycle ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new colleagues.
Your key responsibilities and duties will include:
- Creating and posting job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
- Managing and optimising recruitment campaigns through Indeed
- Producing weekly recruitment reports
- Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and provide ongoing support
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including right to work checks and maintaining accurate records within the HR system
- Processing employment screening and compliance checks, including BS7858 vetting and DBS checks
- Monitoring and managing recruitment spend in line with the agreed budget
- Attending regular review meetings with recruitment partners, including Indeed and TalentNexus
- Issuing contracts of employment and other associated documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a recruitment environment
- A good understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes
- Experience of working within a HR function/team
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently to tight deadlines
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Experience managing budgets
