We are looking for an experienced and motivated, hard-working individual, who is target driven, highly organised with a good attention to detail.
As a sales progressor, you will be responsible for handling the sale from offer acceptance to exchange and completion, ensuring that all parties are kept regularly up to date, to help facilitate a smooth and timely transaction.
The role:
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents and surveyors.
- Striving to ensure company targets are met to keep the pipeline moving.
- Keeping all parties informed at every step of the conveyancing process, whilst providing excellent customer service from start to finish.
- Taking initiative to address any potential delays or issues that may arise during the process.
- Handling negotiations between buyers and sellers effectively to ensure the best possible outcome.
- Prioritising and managing a diverse caseload so that exchange and completion dates are met as quickly as possible.
The candidate:
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and being able to manage time effectively.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and the capability to work well within a team.
- Experience within the property industry or property legal sector is essential. A willingness to learn and hit the ground running is most important.
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Pay: £14,875.00-£15,250.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cardiff CF5 3BA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
