Overview

The ideal candidate will have great customer service, people skills, strong communication and pro-active thinking.
All shifts are afternoons, evenings and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Support or run the bar serving food and drinks to customers.
- Be an essential key holder to open and lock sites for shifts.
- Take responsibility for the front of house.
- Motivate the bar staff to perform at their best.
- Work with the owners to deliver an outstanding bar service.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standards.
- Potential to grow hours and job range as the business grows.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar environment.
- Monitor drink stock levels and handle cash/card payments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant .
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good basic Maths skills.
