Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team with warmth and professionalism

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring smooth and safe operations
- Maintain compliance with the EYFS, safeguarding, and statutory frameworks
- Confidently lead Ofsted preparation and inspections
- Deliver a child-led curriculum that supports holistic development
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers
- Champion safeguarding, ensuring concerns are acted upon promptly
- Recruit, nurture, and retain a strong, professional team
- Manage staffing, rotas, records, and policies with accuracy
Person Specification
- Minimum Level 3 (full and relevant) Early Years Qualification
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grades 9-4 or equivalent)
- At least 2 years' experience working in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice
- Excellent communication skills with staff, children, and parents
