We're looking for a Logistics Support Executive to join our Edinburgh team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, thrives on keeping things organised and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play a key role in supporting our warehouse and logistics operation, helping to coordinate shipments, manage documentation, track deliveries and provide excellent support to both colleagues and customers.
What you'll be doing
- Processing outbound shipments and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Booking couriers, tracking deliveries and resolving any issues or delays.
- Preparing logistics documentation, including purchase orders and customs paperwork.
- Supporting colleagues and customers with logistics-related queries.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Assisting with stock checks, reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
- Providing general administrative support to the warehouse and logistics teams.

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Are organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Have experience in logistics, warehouse administration or stock control (helpful but not essential).
