We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.
This is a temporary position to provide support during our busy move in and out season. The role will initially be July, August & September, it will then be reviewed and could be extended dependent on workload.
Duties to include:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage all lettings enquiries, book viewings and gain viewing feedback
- Liaise with enquiries to ensure a property is secured
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct to right individual and take messages if needed
- Provide accurate information to callers and assist with enquiries
- Administrative tasks to assist our team of Property Managers
- Conduct right to rent checks
- Assist with property inventories when required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Starting Salary £25,000 per annum
Working hours – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.00pm, 30 mins lunch (Saturdays on a rota basis, 9am – 2pm with a day off in lieu the following week)
