We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Storage and Distribution business and to work primarily at either our Chichester or Eastleigh office and with travel between the two sites to have a presence in both locations.

Account Manager - Chichester & Eastleigh Office
This varied role combines customer account management, logistics administration and warehouse support, ensuring the smooth movement of stock and excellent service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts, building strong relationships and providing outstanding customer service.

Process customer orders, manage stock records and maintain accurate data within Microsoft Dynamics and warehouse management systems.

Coordinate Goods In and Goods Out activities, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

Prepare delivery documentation, consignment notes and courier paperwork.

Monitor stock levels, support stock takes and resolve any discrepancies.

Maintain operational schedules and communicate updates across teams.

Prepare information for monthly invoicing and ensure chargeable activities are recorded accurately.

Support continuous improvement of customer processes and operational procedures.

Assist with warehouse activities, including picking and packing, when required.
About You

Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, logistics or warehousing environment.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics experience is advantageous.

A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

A flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
Please note - Full UK driving licence essential, as travel between our Chichester and Eastleigh sites is required.
