Room Leader role;
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education, responsible for allocating duties for all staff and ensuring staff carry them out in a timely fashion.
- Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
- Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times
- Ensure the environment is positive, happy and safe environment on a day to day basis for children and staff.
- Full time position, 41.5 hours per week all year round, no part time role available.
