We are seeking a skilled PA/Medical Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our Operations Director and the wider team.
Square Health is one of the UKs leading remote primary care providers working across the private insurance sector and the NHS. We have seen considerable year on year growth and remain privately owned by Clinicians.
This role will be responsible for supporting the organisation of meeting schedules across the SQH digital team including detailed minute taking, diary management and digital file storage. The role will also support the delivery of the digital SMO service.
Main Accountabilities:
- Organise and attend key stakeholder meetings.
- Take detailed and concise minutes and actions along with keeping these records organised.
- Support ad hoc meetings including involving external parties.
- Support and deliver the SMO service as required.
- Support on incident reporting system in conjunction with the Clinical Lead and Clinical Governance Manager; ensuring the Significant Event (SE) and incident process is followed and completed to the required standard.
- Ensure all incidents and complaints are risk assessed, investigated and robust action plans are in place to mitigate outstanding risk.
- Support with identifying and reporting on key trends and themes of SEs, incidents and complaints.
- Support with incident and complaint audits when and where required.
- Collate, and prepare data for relevant reports in order to share findings and learnings.
Other Duties:
- Comply with any reasonable ad hoc work request from the Director and/or Management.
- Undertake any training deemed appropriate by the Director and/or management.
- Comply with and promote all company policies.
- To comply with the Company’s Information Security Policy and risk and all other Company Policies applicable to the role

Principal Skills & Attributes Required:
- Empathetic with good patient manner
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Able to find relevant information within medical records
- Experienced in typing medical letters and booking patient appointment preferred
- Highly Organised and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve with a common-sense approach
- Attention to detail
