Domestic Abuse Support Worker
Salary: £25,900–£28,000 per annum (depending on experience and IDVA qualifications)
Location: Maidstone or Swale (Sittingbourne), Kent
Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

We're looking for two Domestic Abuse Support Workers to join our Adult Services Team. One post will be covering Maidstone and one covering Swale (Sittingbourne).
This is an opportunity to support women at some of the most difficult times in their lives. You'll work alongside women from their first referral, providing practical and emotional support, helping them understand their options, improve their safety and move towards recovery.
You don't need to be a qualified IDVA to apply. If you have experience supporting people in a safeguarding, domestic abuse, housing, social care, mental health or similar setting, and you're passionate about empowering women - we'd love to hear from you.
