Receptionist & Outbound Caller (Full-Time) – Manchester
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Receptionist & Outbound Caller to join our growing Manchester team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while playing a key role in guiding clients through their treatment journey.
In addition to a competitive salary, there is an excellent opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top of your basic pay by converting warm leads and supporting client bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional approach.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries efficiently.
- Manage appointment diaries and scheduling.
- Transfer clients to the appropriate clinics or departments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Accurately process financial transactions and maintain administrative records.
- Contact warm leads to introduce our services and convert enquiries into consultations.
- Support clients throughout their treatment journey, providing excellent customer care.
- Rebook appointments in line with treatment plans and maximise client retention.

- Committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming workplace.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a receptionist, customer service, sales, or similar client-facing role.
