Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate person to provide a caring environment to support children aged 5-11 years. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in morning and afterschool clubs and have experience working with children. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to foster a positive environment, engaging children in a wide range of activities.
Skills
- Strong background in early childhood education or relevant experience working with children.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and parents.
- Experience in childcare or nursery settings is advantageous.
- Be able to provide a healthy, nurturing, safe and secure environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who are local to Lutterworth and Swinford area and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.
